This time, the client prioritised finding the perfect home for their children in a prime school catchment area. Mansfield, Kenmore, and Indooroopilly, areas known for high ranking schools, are highly sought after by parents. Not only do they offer some of the best public schools in Brisbane, but property prices in these areas are also steadily rising, attracting many families eager to secure a spot.
Fortunately, my client didn’t need loan support, allowing them to participate in auctions without any concerns! Based on the client’s budget, I selected several properties in these highly desired areas for on-site inspections. Eventually, my client picked this townhouse, located in a central spot in Indooroopilly. The auction was on Friday, and I did thorough homework before attending on behalf of the client, estimating the property to be worth around the $900k – mid $900k range.
