At the same time, choosing a location too far from shopping centers, medical facilities, and daily conveniences could impact their lifestyle. Striking a balance between convenience and their dream home was crucial. Since they had no specific suburb restrictions, we kept close communication with them to understand their preferences better and provided tailored recommendations on location, safety, and transport accessibility.
🏡After more than a month of dedicated searching, we finally secured a stunning house in Redbank Plains with 825 sqm of land! Not only does it come with a large swimming pool, but the backyard also features a spacious storage shed for gardening tools. The location is close to shopping centers, medical services, and veterinary clinics, ensuring both convenience and comfort. It’s the perfect home with plenty of space for their future furry companion!
🛠️Before purchasing, the house was in good condition overall, but some areas needed attention—particularly the backyard storage shed, leftover belongings from the previous owner, and some necessary repairs to the fencing. Initially, the seller was reluctant to accommodate our buyer’s requests after signing the contract. However, as the buyer’s representative, we continued to negotiate persistently to ensure a fair outcome. After some back-and-forth discussions, the seller finally agreed to complete all essential repairs before settlement, allowing for a smooth transaction.

🔍客人一直都想在Brisbane 找到屬於自己的家,享受退休生活,而且未來更有可能增添一位狗狗家庭成員!所以他們希望能夠找到一些地大有足夠生活空間的獨立屋,除了這樣,游泳池、寛闊的廚房、交通便利亦十分重要。
📈Brisbane的樓市近年一直攀升,要找到比較大的地愈來愈不容易。若果選擇的地區距離商場,醫療等生活的設施太遠又會在生活上帶來不便。所以,在便利性與理想之間取得平衡就十分重要。由於客人沒有特定地區的規限,所以我們一直跟客人溝通了解更多客人的想法,和在不同地區的位置,治安,交通上等實際問題上作出不同的建議。
🏡經過一個多月的努力,我們終於在Redbank Plains 找到這一間有825sqm 土地的獨立屋,除了附帶一個大的游泳池外,後花園更加有一個空間大的儲物室,可以修藏客人的園藝工具。而地理上亦鄰近商場,醫療及獸醫等生活設施。除了能滿足自己可以有足夠大的空間外,地點交通上亦十分配合,還有足夠活動空間給未來的狗狗成員!
🛠️在購買屋前,其實屋內大部分的condition都是良好,但在屋外的一些部分還需要處理, 包括後花園的儲物室,還有前屋主的大量物件,而後花園圍籬亦需要作出一些維修。賣家當時簽了合同後,並不太願意配合我們買家的要求。作為買家的代表,當然在合同簽署後,我們仍然努力為客人爭取合理的安排,經過一輪的周旋後,賣家一方亦同意在成交前以合乎標準的方式,把所有需要修理的地方完成,順利成交!
