This time, our clients are a couple from Hong Kong and Taiwan who have relocated from New Zealand to Brisbane.
Like many parents, they prioritise their children’s education and considered school factors first when selecting a place to live 🏫. During their earlier visit to Brisbane to survey the environment, they had already fallen in love with a Christian private school in the northern area. Although private schools are not restricted by school catchment, and there are more choices available in terms of location, we recommended that the commute to and from school ideally not exceed 15 minutes.
After they appointed me to assist them in finding a house, I showed them numerous properties in different areas. Despite the market conditions with rising interest rates, there were still many buyers, with some offers even surpassing ours by nearly $100k.
Finally, we found this property just a 5-minute drive from the school, and it is a two-story house, completely meeting the clients’ requirements. Not only is this house spacious and comfortable, but it also has a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, making it convenient for their family and friends to visit. 他們和眾多家長一樣,將子女的教育放在首位,在挑選居住地區時優先考慮了學校因素🏫。早前來到Brisbane視察環境時,他們已經對北區的一所教會私校情有獨鍾。雖然私校不受校網所限制,地區的選擇可以較多,但我們建議往返學校的路程最好不超過15分鐘。
在他們委託我協助尋找房屋後,我幫他們睇過不少地區的房屋,即使在加息的情況後,市場上仍然有不少買家,有些出價更比我們的Offer高出接近$100k。
最後找到了這間物業距離學校只有5分鐘車程,而且是雙層獨立屋,完全滿足了客人的要求。這個房屋不但寬敞舒適,而且樓下還有一間睡房和浴室,方便他們的親朋好友來訪。雖然成交價稍微超出了預算,但他們對這個完全符合他們要求的房屋非常滿意。祝福他們在Brisbane展開美好的新生活!
