Buyer’s Agent Service Fees
To offer you the best possible value on every purchase, we only charge a flat fee for our full service package. Unlike other real estate agents that charge a percentage based commission, we are focused on finding you the best value instead of the most expensive home.
Engagement fee is made when you appoint us as your Buyers Agent by signing the agreement to get started.

Once we have completed all our work and the purchase of your property has become unconditional , the balance of Success Fee is due. If you do not proceed with a purchase, then there is no success fee for you to pay us.
