🎉In the second week of the new year, I have already helped three clients secure their dream properties! Today, I’d like to share the success story of one of them, a client from Sydney!
🏘️Like many others, this client was keen to make a long-term investment in Brisbane. Her goal is to purchase two investment properties either for rental income or future capital growth. With her extensive experience in property investment, the client already owns rental properties in Sydney and experience in buying land, building homes, and renovating. But since she is not familiar with Brisbane’s suburbs, she was being cautious about diving in and risking her hard-earned fund in the wrong areas. She has been following my YouTube channel for a while. She felt confident I was the right Buyer’s Agent to help them navigate Brisbane’s market. She decided to work with me as the local expert to guide them, which I was truly honored to do! Throughout our discussions, we were often in sync about whether a property was suitable and what price to offer. Initially, the client focused on finding properties that could accommodate a granny flat, aiming to generate dual income. But in today’s market, most of these properties are in the Logan area, where prices have been pushed pretty high. After weighing up the time, money, and effort needed to build a granny flat—and the risks involved—they decided to explore other options.
📊After weeks of property inspections and market observations, we came across a property that stood out. It featured an 800 sqm block of land and was priced in the low $700,000s. Although it couldn’t accommodate a granny flat or be subdivided, it was located near a highway and showed strong potential for capital growth. Importantly, the property had a tenant who had lived there for six years and maintained it in excellent condition, eliminating the need to search for new tenants and ensuring a smooth transition. After discussing all the angles, it was clear that buying a granny-flat-ready property at inflated prices wasn’t the smartest move, especially with interest rates still on the higher side.

💰In the end, we successfully secured the property for $708K. The client is thrilled and already thinking about leveraging its future capital growth to refinance and expand their portfolio. This purchase hit the sweet spot—not only did they secure a fantastic property at the right price, but she also kept financial flexibility intact, marking a significant step toward generating long-term passive income! Couldn’t be happier to see another client set up for success in the Brisbane property market!

💰最後,我們為客人成功地以 $708K購入了這所物業。客人在成功購入後,亦計劃未來利用物業增值的機會,或再融資進一步擴大投資組合。這次購買不但以理想的價格完成交易,還保留了資金靈活性,為實現長期被動收入來源邁出重要一步!
